At our Company, we pride ourselves on the quality of work delivered. Our projected turnaround time is 48hrs from approval of job scheduled with exceptional client service. Our commitment to our clients is animated, as we endeavour to build lasting relationships.
Our structures span the spectrum, from small flat blocks to 196 tooth cylinders, working with both brass and magnesium. On a good day, depending on the complexity of the job, and once we have received customer approval, we can manufacture up to four cylinders per day. Our services emphasize our quality alongside cost-effective solutions.

WHAT WE DO
FOILING
DIES
Foil blocks are made from either magnesium or brass. It is a process engraved on CNC machines. These blocks are in turn used by the printers to do foil transfers onto wine labels, biscuit boxes, food packaging and greeting cards or leather.
EMBOSSING & DEBOSSING
Debossing and embossing are two different but closely related processes. Debossing produces an image that’s pressed into the material and indented, while embossing produces an image that’s raised and slightly higher than the surface of the material.
INLINE HOT FOIL CYLINDERS
A brass cylinder used for hot foiling onto labels which are usually printed in big quantities.
CNC PRECISION ENGINEERING
It is a process in which the manufacturing sector incorporates the use of computers in order to control machine tools. Using our tools, we manage CNC mills, manual mills, lathes, drill press, heat press, routers and grinders.
Silicone
Mould Die
Silicone dies are moulded from a metal master die using special high temperature resilient silicone substrate. Silicone dies are an irreplaceable tool in the print industry, perfect for heat transfer on cosmetic cases, bottles, plastic caps and so much more. With excellent heat, durability and release characteristics these dies guarantee high-precision, clean and dynamic impressions.
